Ride Access Pass Scheme with Nimbus
We provide free of charge Ride Access Passes for guests who are unable to queue for prolonged periods. These enable the user and up to three other guests to access certain rides via the exit queue line, which reduces the required queuing time.
To acquire a Ride Access Pass, you will require a valid Nimbus Access Card with one of the following symbols:
- Urgent toilet needs
- Difficulty standing
- The queue symbol
- Difficulty with crowds
If you have any of the above, you can pre-book your ride access pass here.
Please note:
- Ride Access Passes must be booked 72 hours in advance of your visit
- To ensure that we can provide you and your family with a high quality experience, we limit the number of Ride Access Passes we issue each day and encourage guests requiring them to book well in advance to avoid disappointment
- Our Ride Access Passes are issued as wristbands, which the Access Card holder is required to wear so that they can be clearly identified
Important Information:
- For safety reasons, an adult carer (18+) is required to accompany the RAP user at all times - either AT the ride (Band 1 rides) or ON the ride (Band 2 Rides). On Band 2 Rides, the Carer must be seated directly next to the RAP user. Details of this can be found by scanning the QR code at the ride exit and on the Ride Access Pass
- Aqua Blasters & Vortex are exempt from the Ride Access Pass scheme
- 'ON the ride' means either the seat next to or adjacent to the RAP user, ensuring they can be restrained or assisted if necessary
- Due to evacuation procedures and to ensure fairness for all guests, a limited number of Ride Access Pass users and their carers will be permitted per ride cycle. See specific ride information for individual ride restrictions
Nimbus Disability:
We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, utilising their Access Card Scheme and Digital Access Pass system to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support.
This scheme is designed for all customers who require adjustments to make their visit more comfortable, such as Essential Companion and Carer tickets and the Ride Access Pass scheme. By partnering with Nimbus Disability, a leading authority on accessible ticketing run by and for disabled people, we can better understand and meet your access requirements in a consistent and secure manner. This also helps to protect these provisions from potential misuse.
Through this scheme, you can apply for a FREE Digital Access Pass specifically for use with Crealy Theme Park & Resort, or you can choose to apply for a full Access Card for broader recognition.
