We’re committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming and safe environment for all our guests, including those with disabilities, additional needs and long-term health conditions. In line with the Equality Act 2010, we make reasonable adjustments wherever possible to ensure our attractions, facilities and services are accessible, while always balancing this with the safety of our guests and team members. Our accessibility arrangements are designed to help families plan their visit with confidence, clarity and reassurance — so you can focus on making family memories together.
